Refund Policy
Meeting registration fees are refundable if a written request is submitted at least 30 days before the meeting date. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to supporting our annual meeting.

Reserve Your Room!
The VAOF group rate is $175/night plus 14% tax for a King room. This rate is available until the room block is full or until the reservation cutoff date of January 27, 2027. Please verify pricing before clicking to confirm and finalize your booking. If a day or room type has sold out, you will see anything that Hilton has available for your dates and this may include rooms outside of our group room block.
